I always used to suffer terribly from travel sickness. As soon as the car/bus/coach started, I would turn green and feel absolutely miserable!And as for BOATS?????? FORGET IT!
Over the years, I've found 2 solutions, one is travel sickness bands which I wear on each wrist, they are always in my bag, just in case. |

The other solution is a non-drowsy travel sickness tablet called Sea Legs. The non-drowsy part is SO important as in the past I have been so zonked by the travel sickness meds that I haven't been able to enjoy the place once I've got there.The active ingredient of Sea Legs is Meclozine Hydrochloride . |
