Why don't guys seem to be attracted to me? ?

I am a sixteen year old girl and the fact that only one person has said that he liked me(and he was kinda... off) is really hurting my self esteem. I've been told that I am "drop dead gorgeous" by my girl friends, and adults that know me. I am tall with big blue eyes and natural long blond hair. My lips are full and I have an hourglass figure. I have a personalty that people say is "magnetic" and I'm sweet and kind and patient with everyone. I am an accomplished artist, and dancer. I was a very good diver(coaches said I could come train with them whenever I wanted to) an gymnast. I play the piano, violin,guitar, and sing in a band. I am a strong but still very feminine. I can play sports and love tackle foot ball. I play video games (Zelda games are my favorite) and can beat most boys at Super Smash Brothers. I am good at most every thing I do. I'm very funny and smart. I'm creative and have a beautiful spirit that "shines out of my eyes"
I say all this only because it's what people have told me, and it is true. Even with all of this on my side I'm not outgoing or flirtatious like a lot of girls. I have a great smile, and effervescent eyes. I don't know why guys wouldn't like me. I am very shy, quiet and insecure.... Is shyness and insecurity unattractive to boys? I'm not full of my self... I just said all I did so you could understand better.
